How to Join

To order to join the Niagara Mohawk Troy Employees Credit Union, you must be an employee of National Grid (formerly known as Niagara Mohawk Power Corp.) or a family member of an employee.

To apply for membership, simply stop by our office Monay through Friday between to hours of 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.


To our account holders and potential account holders:

In accordance with Section 326 of the USA Patriot Act of 2001, which requires financial institutions to help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activites, the Niagara Mohawk Troy Employees FCU is required to obtain basic identifying information from you and verify that information when you open an account.

This means that the Niagara Mohawk Troy Emplpoyees FCU staff will ask you some basic information such as your name, address, date of birth, etc. The staff at Niagara Mohawk Troy Employees FCU will also ask see documentation to identify you such as vaild government issued ID, vaild drvier’s license or passport.

The protection of our member’s identity and confidentiality is the Credit Union’s pledge to you. Niagara Mohawk Troy Employees FCU appreciates your patience and understanding as we all do our part in complying with the account identification procedures required by the federal USA Patriot Act of 2001.
